为什么要发展横琴，还是区位。。因为澳门才是大老板。。当然对于老城区他是次世代。。但是这里是未来。。

津滨新区的情况也一样。。如果中国的地形地貌在这里是一个风车，这里就是发电机。。

当然如果茂名也可以当个华南的一个风车发电机。。当然优选是湛江。。也就是南海之城应该是湛江。。但是恰恰茂名有南海这个地名。。所以不亦乐乎。
